What is Smartbet?

Smartbet is a non-Betfair solution for automated betting. This allows people to automate their betting without having a Betfair account. (If you have a Betfair account, then we recommend using the Bf Bot Manager software to automate your betting.)

Smartbet.io is a website that offers cloud and desktop based bots that can place bets on the PS3838 sportsbook, which is a Pinnacle white label. PS3838 is of most interest to Betaminic users since it offers higher stake limits and does not ban winners. You can get PS3838 accounts from a variety of betting agents. Residents of almost any country can sign up with betting agents without the residency and deposit limit restrictions that Betfair often imposes.

Cloud based

Many automated betting bots come in the form of software that needs to be downloaded and run 24/7 on a PC or VPS (Virtual Private Server). But Smartbet does not. Smartbet’s bots are all online in your Smartbet account. There is no need for any downloads. You do not need to run a PC or VPS 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This gives you the freedom to access your bots from any internet browser. Smartbet does have a downloadable version of their bot, but that is for more advanced users and we use and recommend the cloud version.

No subscriptions

Smartbet does not use a monthly subscription model. It uses a pay-as-you-go style model.

For each bet order, you pay a small, fixed fee and a small percentage of your stake.

This is very convenient since you can start and stop anytime, and you pay according to your usage.

Low Cost

Smartbet charges a fix fee of €0.01 for each order received and 0.5% of the stake for each order successfully placed.

Example: For a €15 stake, the total cost would be €0.085 (= 0.5% of €15 stake €0.075 + €0.01)

10 such bets would cost €0.85

100 such bets would cost €8.50

Free Starting Credit

When you signup for a Smartbet account, they give you a free €2 starting credit for Smartbet Order Fees. With €15 stakes, that would be enough for 23 bets to test out their service.

New User +50% Bonus

If you decide to continue using the service, Betaminic users can get a +50% bonus on their first Smartbet fee deposit up to €25. So if you deposit €50, then you get the maximum +€25 bonus and a total of €75 in your Smartbet Order Fee balance. Deposits are processed manually by the customer service chat window, so to get the bonus, just say “I want to deposit 50 EUR with the Betaminic 50% deposit bonus.” to customer service in your deposit chat window.

Available in many countries

Betfair is restricted in some countries and some versions of it such as Betfair Italy and Spain have fewer markets and less liquidity. In addition, even if you live in an approved country, some Betfair customers face very strict deposit limits and get increasingly invasive demands for KYC (Know Your Customer), Proof of Income, Proof of Tax Payments and even requests for a relative’s bank account screenshots. After all that, you can face the Premium Charge if you are too successful. So an alternative to Betfair is desirable for some automated bettors.

Automating Betaminic through Smartbet needs a PS3838 (Pinnacle white label) account. We can only get PS3838 accounts through a Betting Agent. Different betting agents accept/restrict customers from different countries. We use PremiumTradings, BetInAsia and AsianConnect.

How do I get a PS3838 / Pinnacle white-label account?

PS3838 is a white label version of Pinnacle sportsbook.

A white label version is a franchised version of Pinnacle that uses the same markets and prices, and has the same or often higher stake limits. A white label Pinnacle franchise can then offer different services to users such as different deposit/withdrawal methods, different bonuses and, by being based in different jurisdictions, can have different terms and conditions. This allows a larger number of customers to get access to the Pinnacle markets.

Currently, we can only get PS3838 accounts through betting agents.

There are many different betting agents that provide access to PS3838 accounts. We recommend researching any agent you intend to use. While many are trustworthy, some have bad reviews, so do your own due diligence.

We can, however, share the names of three betting agents that our customers have actually used, deposited with and withdrawn funds from. We still strongly recommend that people do their own research and checks before making any deposits with betting agents.
